Professional Leadership

Across my professional journey, I have embraced leadership roles rooted in human connection, wellbeing, and inclusive collaboration. My work extends beyond tasks—into culture, morale, and the psychological safety of teams.

"Leadership, to me, is the ongoing practice of shaping environments where people feel psychologically safe, empowered, and inspired to contribute their best."

School & Early Leadership

School years became a training ground in responsibility—organizing campaigns, speaking in assemblies, and building small initiatives that created a sense of community. These formative experiences taught me that leadership is not authority—it is stewardship.

International Conference of Chief Justices of the World

Representing my school at a global forum of judges, diplomats, and youth delegates exposed me early to the mechanics of global governance. Listening to Supreme Court judges and legal luminaries discuss constitutional values and world peace shaped my belief in institutions as engines of societal transformation.

NSS Team Lead

As a student leader in the National Service Scheme, I coordinated community outreach, social awareness drives, and civic education projects. It was here that I first experienced how structured teamwork and empathy-driven action can strengthen social environments.

My early leadership journey began in spaces shaped by service, dialogue, and civic awareness. These experiences formed the foundation of my commitment to justice, collective responsibility, and public-minded thinking.

From classrooms to global conference halls, my leadership has been rooted in one idea: structures become stronger when people feel seen, included, and empowered. Over the years, I have worked at the intersection of service, governance, and human behaviour—leading initiatives that build trust, collaboration, and community.

UN Volunteering During COVID-19

When the world was gripped by uncertainty, fear, and isolation, I stepped forward as a United Nations Volunteer, contributing to community relief and public welfare efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic. This experience shaped my understanding of service at a time when leadership meant compassion, clarity, and courage.

"In moments of crisis, leadership is not a position—it is a responsibility."
